Our preserves are all made by hand in small batches, using exceptional fruit sourced from our local Farmers' Markets. They are all made with no artificial ingredients, and have a softer set than most commercial jam, with a goal of truly preserving the flavor of the fruit. The flavors are delicious and very versatile - great on toast, with charcuterie, or as a dessert topping.

Delicious apricot jame from the hard to find Blenheim fruit. Perfect way to start the morning on toast, croissant or muffin. Only suggestion: my jars are a little too thin and watery; it lost some of the intense flavor.
