United StatesMy chocolate shipped next day. It shipped with a very small ice pack wrapped in paper. Not surprisingly, half of the chocolate had already melted by the time it reached my home. I appreciate the effort to be environmentally conscious, but it is pointless to order next day if the chocolate is going to melt anyway.
